    Wouldn’t it be a little dangerous to lose as much as 30 pounds in a only 30 days? I always thought that losing more than 12 pounds a month would put too much pressure on our health. I am wrong in thinking this?

    My girlfriend’s sister had a baby a few months ago and I was wondering if you could share a few tips on what she needs to do to lose some of that “baby weight”? Anything at all would be very useful. Thank you very much!

      That’s a very good questions. It certainly could be dangerous to lose this much on your own. What makes our program different is the medical supervision.
